f somebody had told me a few years ago that I was going to spend two hours with an energy healer, I’d have told them to pull the other one, it’s got bells on. As a cynical hack, magazine editor and professional inquisitor of the truth I’d be the first to admit that, back then, spending a morning breathing and tuning into my inner world would not – to put it politely – have been my bag.
