Q&A LURE FISHING

Q I am using a Mike Ladle Sure Spin MK2 for most of my lure work and it is, for me, a great rod. I have just turned 50 and want something similar; as in easy to pack but a little lighter. I would like something to throw lighter soft plastics and similar with ease but still have the length, around 10ft. I have a budget of £200-£250. What would you recommend please?
