1.5kg desiree potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 brown onion, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbs fresh thyme leaves
155g (1½ cups) pre-grated 3 cheese blend
450ml thickened cream
40g (½ cup) finely grated parmesan
