    EQUINE HANNA SOMATICS (EHS) is a recently pioneered modality for horses which improves the connection between the muscles and nervous system by reawakening the mind’s control of movement. It is a neuromuscular (mind-body) re-education method, and it teaches the horse to reset tight and chronically contracted muscles using the control centre of the body: the brain.
