DAY 1

Eat every three hours

Keep your energy levels stable by eating regularly. ‘Eat breakfast, lunch. ‘This will stop those cravings for sweet foods – and because your blood sugar isn’t allowed to drop, your body will no longer have to ask you for a quick fix.’ Keeping snacks such as vegetable sticks and houmous, or almond butter and oatcakes, to hand will help you to resist sugary hits.
