The secret to GOOD SLEEP

Do you deal with a fractious, overtired baby every evening before bed? Are you getting up more times a night than you should? There are no guaranteed ways to get your baby to sleep through the night, but there are a few very simple things you can do during the day to ensure your baby (and you) get a better night’s sleep.

Very often, when you are at your wits’ end because your baby just isn’t sleeping, you’ll try – in desperation – anything to get your baby to go for longer stretches. This can lead to dangerous practices such as medicating your baby or even putting porridge in a bottle to make sure the night time feed is heavier and more satisfying.
