What’s your role at Children’s Ground?

I’m CEO of Children’s Ground, and co-founder with our chair, William Tilmouth. We are led by a governance committee of senior community leaders where we work in Central Australia and in the Top End of the Northern Territory, and by a Western board of directors consisting of both First Nations and non-First Nations skilled directors, including MK Turner OAM.

As the CEO, my role is to implement a twenty-five-year strategic plan to achieve national system change. This plan has arisen from decades of work by First Nations leaders, and by William and me and local communities, to address the deep injustices and disadvantage faced
