Ever heard of a 99 Flake? It’s what they used to call an ice-cream cone topped with a small Flake bar. We’re channelling this old-school treat in a no-bake cheesecake with some serious Flake decoration!

Slow cooker season has begun, but did you know you can bake in the appliance? Whip it out for this chocolate cake - you’ve probably got most of the ingredients already in the pantry!

99 flake cheesecake

serves 12 | prep 30 mins (+ cooling & 6 hours chilling) E

200g Arnott’s Choc Ripple biscuits
4 plain waffle cones, coarsely broken
100g butter, melted
31 x 14g treat-sized Flake chocolate bars, plus extra, to decorate (see tip)
60ml (¼ cup) boiling water
2½ tsp gelatine powder 500g cream cheese, at room temperature, chopped
140g (⅔ cup) caster sugar
