Line your tins

This is one of the things that I get asked the most on social media: how do I line my tins and what baking paper do I use? My favourite lining paper is Bacofoil Non-Stick Baking Paper, as it’s really thick and holds its shape, and this is how I use it:

To line your square or rectangular baking tins, use two tins the same size. Measure a piece of baking paper over one of the tins so it has about a 10cm (4in) overhang
