250g wholemeal spaghetti
2 red capsicums, halved lengthways, stalks retained
2 yellow capsicums, halved lengthways, stalks retained
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 brown onion, finely chopped
250g butternut pumpkin, peeled, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 x 400g cans no-added-salt diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
1 cup grated reduced-fat tasty cheese
