Lemon and polenta traybake squares V
MAKES 12 SQUARES
• 200g salted butter, cubed
• 175g golden caster sugar
• 4 medium organic eggs
• 2 lemons, zest and juice
• 150g ground almonds
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 150g polenta
• 1 tbsp lemon thyme leaves (optional)
• Small handful of blueberries (optional)
