You can use three small glass jars or one large jar for this recipe. They need to be sterilised. Cover the jars (and their lids) with water in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. “Cook” for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Allow the jars to cool in the water before lifting them out with tongs.
