As a self-confessed, non-series-binge-watcher, I traded my sleep to complete the first Season of Emily in Paris, which made its debut in October of 2020. Perhaps it was the fact that it offered the ultimate escape of fantasy, fashion, and pretty locales while I lay recumbent on my bed during the lockdown. Or, maybe, it was the script that captured relationship angst and office politics with a delightful exaggeration, delectable outfits thrown in the mix.
