Just opened your 400th issue and loving all the tips and advice. I 100% agree with hitting the trails as a way to boost running gains. Having lived in the Lake District for just over a year now (moved from busy Brum), my go-to running route is always super muddy, mucky and honestly just brutal – especially coming back from the Christmas festivities.
