1 pound ground mild pork sausage
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup chopped yellow onion
½ cup chopped green onion
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1½ cups whole milk
1½ cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1½ teaspoons seasoned salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (26-ounce) package frozen
