LOADED BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE

4 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
2 (24-ounce) packages refrigerated mashed potatoes
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (12-ounce) package fresh broccoli florets, cooked according to package instructions
1 cup chopped green onion
