1 TURN TO FIBRE-RICH CAULIFLOWER FOR YOUR TACOS
WORKING IN BATCHES, blitz 1 head of cauliflower florets (chopped) in a food processor till pebbled. In a large bowl, mix with 3 Tbsp canola oil, 3½ tsp chilli powder and salt to taste. Divide between 2 baking sheets. Roast in a 230°C oven till browned, about 30 mins, rotating the sheets halfway. 2 Hate salad? Cook it
IN A LARGE, oiled pan on high, add the leaves of ½ head iceberg. Toss; add 1 garlic clove (thinly sliced), bird’s-eye chilli a li’l and a handful of Cook till charred. Serve.
