Speed skaters at the Winter Olympics are adapting to a new venue and its special ice

BEIJING — As the first full day of events kicked off at the 2022 Winter Olympics, speed skaters took to the ice of the newly-built National Speed Skating Oval, which was constructed just for the Games.
