Teens playing too much rugby

I’ve coached at a local club for almost ten years, moving up the age groups with my son and his peers. At U14/15/16 I noticed some of the most sought-after players were becoming disillusioned with rugby. This was due to exhaustion brought on by playing too much rugby.
