Low-calorie LOVELIES

COD, CHORIZO AND BUTTER BEANS ONE POT

Comforting, quick and utterly delicious. The spicy oils from the chorizo in this dish add a lovely warmth and help to keep the fish moist.

SERVES 4

75g (2½oz) chorizo, diced
2 large garlic cloves, finely sliced
1tsp smoked paprika
400g (14oz) can butter beans, drained and rinsed
250ml (8½fl oz) white wine
4 x 150g (5oz) pollock or cod fillets
2tbsp olive oil, to serve
