Five-minute gnocchi
Under R120 • Makes 2 generous servings Preparation: 10 minutes • Cooking time: 8 minutes
• 500g ready-made gnocchi
• alarge knob of butter
• 125ml sun-dried tomato pesto
• 2ripe medium-sized plum tomatoes, diced
• 30ml cream or sour cream
• 80ml coarsely shredded fresh basil
• 60ml grated Parmesan
