What would be a good budget telephoto lens to use with my EOS 80D? I’m looking to try taking animal and bird photos.

With a crop sensor camera like the EOS 80D, any lens appears longer than it’s focal length would indicate. Many wildlife photographers use 400mm or 500mm lenses, so a 300mm lens on your crop camera is a reasonable choice. Lots of lenses
