Spinach and Feta Frittata Cob
Serves 6, Prep and Cook 1 hour, 20 mins
500g cob loaf (about 20cm diameter)
1 tblsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ x 250g box frozen spinach portions, thawed
8 eggs
100g Greek feta, cut into 1cm cubes
