TALES OF THE HEART

Love and loss, grief and hope. Love Me tackles the big subjects – and that’s only the first episode. This new Australian miniseries is based on a Swedish television show called Älska mig, a tale of three generations navigating their own love stories, wading through the minefields of dating, friendship, moving on and moving forward. The show stars Bojana Novakovic as Clara, an obstetrician still searching for the one, whose father Glen (Hugo Weaving) is caring for their mother (Sarah Peirse), whose death opens the series and starts conversations around intimacy, heartbreak and the way we choose to live, and to love.

ALISON BELL: “Let’s talk about what drew us to this project – what was it for you?”

BOJANA NOVAKOVIC: “How could you not be drawn to this project? I read the script and that’s all I needed.”
