Cavatelli with sausage, mint and tomato
Cavatelli con salsiccia, mentae pomodoro
➤ SERVES 4 ➤ PREPARATION 15 minutes ➤ COOKING 30 minutes
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 400g sausage meat, crumbled
• 150ml white wine
• 400g ripe tomatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
• a sprig of fresh mint
• salt
• 450g fresh or 400g dried cavatelli
• grated pecorino and red chilli flakes, to serve
