Your feet are a marvel of human design, each one packing in more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments, 33 joints and 26 bones – nearly a quarter of your body’s total. Issues can start when their health and wellbeing are neglected. So it’s time to show them TLC. They’ll thank you for it later.

Our feet do so much heavy lifting – literally carrying the weight of our bodies. They need exercise for flexibility, strength and mobility, but we often restrict them in shoes. So treat them kindly by going barefoot for these moves.
