    CHOC-PISTACHIO ICE-CREAM BOMBE

    SERVES 10 PREP: 30 MINS

    1 litre chocolate ice-cream
    750ml pistachio ice-cream
    500ml vanilla ice-cream
    50g sultanas, soaked in ¼ cup sherry or brandy
    4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, cut into pieces
    450g packet Madeira cake or chocolate cake
    100g of each dark and white chocolate, melted
