PREP TIME 30 MINS (+ FREEZING)

2 x 360g packets plain or choc chip Belgian waffl es
2 x 380g cans caramel condensed milk
500g cream cheese, chopped, softened
2 x 50g Crunchie bars, chopped
3 medium oranges
2 medium mandarins, peeled, segmented (see tip)
1 cup (250ml) bottled salted caramel sauce

1 Grease a 24cm
