I’m the chef and owner of The Ninth in London – a French-Mediterranean neighbourhood restaurant in Fitzrovia. I’m also the consultant chef for Salisterra at The Upper House in Hong Kong. I live in Stoke Newington, in north-east London, with my wife, Ink. One of the reasons that we chose this area is that it’s within walking distance of some brilliant food shops, including Steve Hatt fishmongers, Newington Green Fruit & Vegetables and La Fromagerie.
