Our judges were blown away by Samuel’s unique birdhouse design. Samuel says: ‘It was so much fun creating my gingerbread birdhouse, especially imagining all the different decorations, like the fairy lights made of sweets and fondant snowman. I feel so lucky that my design was chosen, and I can’t wait to see how the experts at BBC Good Food bring my dream gingerbread home to life!’ Well done to Samuel, who also wins a Kenwood stand mixer to help realise even more great baking ideas.
