Anna’s amazing GINGERBREAD TREATS

3-IN-1 GINGERBREAD

PREP + COOK TIME 3 HOURS (+ REFRIGERATION & COOLING) MAKES 1 HOUSE, 1 TREE & 10 MOHAWK COOKIES

One dough that turns into three different items – a house, a tree and my mohawk! You can make a whole village if you want to. This is a family-favourite – just finish it off with your fave lollies.

100g unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (220g) firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup (180g) honey
½ tsp vanilla bean paste
4 cups (600g) plain flour
1 cup (150g) self–raising flour
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground ginger
