Baked Camembert with nuts and rosemary
What’s not to love about gooey, melted cheese… we used a 1kg Camembert, which you can order from any good cheese shop. Otherwise use 2x500g ones and bake for 20 mins or so.
SERVES 10 PREP 5 MINS COOK 40 MINS
✱ 1kg Camembert
✱ 20g pine nuts, lightly toasted
✱ 25g pecans, lightly toasted sprigs of rosemary
TO SERVE:
✱ Steamed baby new potatoes
✱ Cornichons
✱ Slices of salami
