Meringue and Prosecco-berry trifle
The classic Christmas dessert just got a boozy upgrade.
SERVES 10 PREP TIME 30 MINS, PLUS CHILLING SKILL LEVEL EASY
✱ 500g fresh or frozen mixed berries (defrosted if frozen)
✱ 40ml Prosecco (11-12% ABV)
✱ 2 x 11.5g sachets raspberry sugar-free jelly crystals
✱ 200g low-fat custard from a can or carton
✱ 3 x 160g pots fat-free no-added-sugar vanilla yogurt
✱ 3 plain meringue nests, roughly crushed
