“We don’t want anyone to feel that they have to ask for permission to be themselves,” says Barry Boffy, Head of Inclusion and Diversity at the British Transport Police. The organisation is responsible for policing the UK’s railway network, including the London Underground. During Barry’s extensive career at BTP, he has seen many welcome developments.
