We have not quite come to the end of the year and there are sales still going on all around the country with Cheffins and H J Pugh having a number in early December. One thing is for sure, bringing classic and vintage machinery over from other countries, particularly the US, is off the agenda at the moment with container companies charging £16,000 per container for one you can just about get three to five tractors in depending on size.

However, a UK resident bought two of the three lovely restored International Junior 8-16 tractors from the excellent Aumann Auctions Jimmy Wilson sale at Piedmont, South Carolina held live on October 9. None of the European sized veteran restored tractors made megabucks at this sale.
