Christmas Kransekake

The Kransekake (in Norwegian) or Kransekage (in Danish) translates to ‘wreath cake’, and is a traditional treat eaten at celebrations such as New Year’s Eve, Norway’s Independence Day, and Christmas. It tastes very similar to marzipan, except that it’s baked and deliciously chewy, so is perfect for all the marzipan fans out there. Don’t forget to add some candy and treats to the centre for a lovely surprise for your guests at Christmas!
