all-purpose flour, for dusting
225g (8oz) Nutella
sanding sugar, for sprinkling
½ a recipe of sweet dough
4 large free-range eggs, at room temperature
180ml (6fl oz) warm whole milk (35°C-45ºC)
85g (3oz) honey
570g (1lb 3oz) plain flour
2¼ tsp instant yeast
2 tsp salt
145g (5oz) unsalted butter, at room temperature, cut into
2.5cm (1in) pieces, plus extra for greasing
