Palace Diner Lemon-Buttermilk Flapjacks

PALACE DINER LEMON-BUTTERMILK FLAPJACKS

To use a stovetop griddle, place it over two burners, brush it with oil, and heat it over low heat for 5 minutes. Increase the heat to medium and let it heat for 1 minute before cooking the flapjacks.
