2 cups (300g) White Wings
Self–Raising Flour

40g butter, chopped
½ cup (125ml) milk
¼ cup (60ml) water, approximately
1 Place flour and sugar in a large bowl (see notes, page 92). Rub in butter with your fingertips. Stir in milk and enough of the water to form a soft dough. Knead dough until just smooth.
