If you're in Level 2 — A really long hug with a friend. A hug which will feel quite a bit longer than is usually socially appropriate. Long enough that passersby might think you’re making up after a bad fight. Hugs of more than 20 seconds release feel-good hormones like oxytocin, and can have real and immediate effects on our moods and wellbeing.
