COURGETTE AND PRAWN PASTA
A speedy and spicy prawn supper.
PER SERVING 235 cals, 9.5g fat, 1.5g sat fat, 19g carbs
SERVES 4
✣100g (3½oz) pappardelle or tagliatelle
✣3tbsp olive oil
✣2 garlic cloves, crushed
✣1 large red chilli, finely chopped
✣300g (10oz) raw king prawns
✣250g (9oz) spiralised slices of courgette
✣Large handful rocket
✣Fresh basil, to serve
