Chocolate mud cake with whisky & blood orange cream

This is my favourite cake of all time. It’s dense, deep, moist, decadent and rich but not very sweet. Serving it with the whisky & blood orange cream makes it very grown up. Serves 10

250g unsalted butter, chopped
200g dark/bittersweet chocolate, chopped
250ml milk
80ml whisky or brandy
