No-Duck Donburi

A vegan version of wagamama’s famous duck donburi, using a cherry hoisin sauce to give a warming spicy sweetness.
• 125g (4.5 oz) , cooked (see recipe)• 60g (2oz) • 2 tbsp • 50g, destalked and finely sliced• 1 x 150g (5oz) , sliced into long, thin strips• 90ml (3 fl oz) (see recipe)• 80g (3oz)
