Non-alcoholic wine: why consumer acceptance is a long way off

“Many people have responded to the uncertainty, boredom and anxiety of the COVID-19 pandemic by drinking more. In a recent study of 11 major Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries, 36% of people said they had increased their alcohol consumption during lockdown. Women, parents of young children and those on high incomes reported the greatest increase.
