    Fajita Chicken Tacos

    40g pkt fajita spice mix
    500g uncrumbed chicken breast schnitzels
    1 tblsp vegetable oil
    1 cup fresh coriander leaves, firmly packed
    ¼ cup Greek yoghurt, plus extra to serve
    ½ large iceberg lettuce, thinly shredded
    12 mini soft white tortillas, heated
