APPLE MATCHSTICKS

What you’ll need:

• apples
• beetroot hummus
• a sharp knife

1. Cut an apple into long, thin sticks, as big as you can manage from your apple (ours measured about 0.5cm / 0.2" thick x 6cm / 2" long, but it will depend on how big your apple is). We made our matchsticks a bit bigger than life-sized to make them a slightly more substantial snack.
