Lemon 1, juiced
Cod loin steaks 2
Curry paste 1 tbsp, use whatever you have
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red lentils 200g
Water 1 litre
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Chillies 6, dried
Curry leaves 10
Mustard seeds ¼ tsp, brown
Mango chutney to serve
Lime wedges to serve
