• Background fabric – 4½yds
• Batting – 76in x 76in
• Backing – 4½yds
• Binding – ⅔yd
• Water-soluble pen or similar
• Templates (see Templates section) – one (1) copy each of templates A, B, C and D
• A4 sized sheet of thin card
• Fine matching thread for needle-turn appliqué
• Aluminium foil
