ON THE RIGHT TRACK

The day started early at Cadwell Park, with registration at 7am. I was greeted on arrival by the team directing everyone where to park and where to go for registration. Everyone was really friendly and inviting, but once I got to the registration desk I was really impressed with Operations Manager Jane. She seemed to know everyone’s name and she even got the pronunciation of my name correct, which doesn’t happen often. Throughout the day she was just a ray of sunshine, not that we needed any extra sun on day one. Jane made sure we had everything we needed, knew where we were meant to be and when, and she was always available for any questions we may have had. The same goes for all the other team members I had contact with.

FIRST TIME ON TRACK

I sat in the queue to join the track together with the other attendees at the California Superbike School.
