Prawn Noodle Stir-Fry
Serves 4, Prep and Cook 20 mins
280g pkt fresh chow mein noodles
500g raw peeled marinated garlic prawns (see Tip)
1 bunch choy sum, trimmed, cut crossways into 2cm slices
¹/ ³ cup hoisin sauce
2 tblsps soy sauce
Lemon wedges, to serve
